Open Source?

Postby gteclass » Mon Jun 25, 2007 10:28 am

How about some ECUFlash source code or an SDK? The only source I have found in downloads is for the original command line utility and the GUI.

Open source means you share the source so people can work together improving and tailoring it to their needs.

Found the jopenecu library in the download section.

I found a post where colby said he would release the source after cleaning it up a bit, whats the chances we can just get the damn raw code. Its pretty obvious he isnt going to work on the program much more, that doesnt mean development has to stop. Thats why there is such a thing as open source projects.

He _does_ supply the code if you ask him. Have you asked him directly? The forum doesn't count.

Yes but he's on sabitical according to Amanda. I'd really like to take a look at some of this code and hopefully make contributions!
