Anyone have any idea if using ecuEplorer can read if install a wide band sensor over the stock narrow band sensor?

If you setup the output to match it will read it, someday it will have true WB support. We are working on it for Enginuity's logger.

Ecuexplorer doesn't directly support extra accessory logging. Ecuedit does, but you have to buy it to save the wideband log.
