OpenPort 1.3U, IC problem

I want to buils Open port 1.3U cable , and i the schema there is L4931ABD120 voltage regulator. In my area i cant find a place to order it and i also look for to 92 package so i can solder it myself.
Can i use some more familiar voltage rogulator ? can anyone knows a different model of voltage regulator which can fit?
