Is there any documentation on the schematic available? I'm guessing the FTDI chip outputs run through an opto-isolator for the voltage level conversion. Anything else on the board other then the USB and OBD connectors?

Yes, it's basically FTDI + Optocouplers + voltage regulation for flash reprogramming. I'm trying out the new attachment feature to show you how the board looks. If you buy one, it's dificult to crack open because the case has to be glued together.
