Sorry for the Newb post but I am having issues downloading the Version 1.28 software, I can't even open it, help?

Free software Compression/decompression software

If compression and the decompression software of the free software
are used, it is safe.
We will recommend the thing retrieved with LHAsa/Lhaz/Zip.
After it installs it, it is defrosted automatically to a disk top
icon if the archive drug&drops
are used, it is safe.
