Would be interesting to compare to JDM GSR.
Don't think the IX RS was sold as a Euro model.

This is the ECU of EVO IX RS European model. 2 catalyzers.

Just a quick look through the hex, these may not be correct:
Fuel 2DBD, 2EF5
Ignition 33E9, 3599, 54B1, 5661, 59C1, 5B71
Use 8859-13 as your model I would say.
