2002 eclipse rom question
Posted: Fri Sep 07, 2012 3:52 pmMy son has a 2002 eclipse rs automatic that the ecm was changed. The shop who did this did not replace the immobilizer so now the car will not start. I talked to tactrix and ordered a openport 2.0 and the Mitsubishi Reflash Connector. I was told I can disable the immobilizer with this. Can anyone give me any tips on this as I have never done this before? Also can someone send me to the correct rom for the car? And one more question. Can I use ecuflash to pair up the ecu and the immobilizer?
