Help With following ROM/XML 50840023

I had this rom tuned by profesional tuner but he erased all the editorial maps. Need to edit somethings but cant get to the maps. This is a ROM for 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer ES 2.0 (turbo)

Changes in rom insignificant also can't strongly affect dynamic characteristics

I know that XML is incomplete, that is why I am asking for help, to see if any one can assist me with this. The reason XML is incomplete is beacause the tune erased data when he sent it to me (for protection reasons)
