ETACS ECU problem with evo 8 2005

i am new to openecu and using tactrix 1.3 cable.
i have connected to the obd2 and ecuflash port, didn't connect intil i launch "ecuunlocker" (i have ecutek on my evo)
then i could connect to it and download my rom info and maps.
but then i realised that map rear fog lights and hazzered lights are permenntly on.
i have brought to attention that it somehow involed with etacs ecu.
what can be done to reverese it?
i have removed the fuses of the hazzered and fog lights so my battery wont be dead.
