Need Definition File Needed for 52200010

Can anyone point the way forward in getting an open definition file for 52200010?
I've uploaded my base ROM in case anyone can help.

This def is just a head start
The axis needs to be fixed but the maps are correct
Also RPM limit is correct

Thanks for the file ed.
I've worked abit on the file and put in a few more bits which I've returned to you via PM. Any help will be much appreciated.
The axis addresses for the High Octane Fuel Map and Low Octane Fuel Map don't look quite right as mentioned and is actually the crux of the problem I think.
