2004 EVO8 Definitions

Have a 2004 EVO8 that was imported. Not much is known about it, IE what territory it is from, but it is an EVO8 GSR
Attached is the ROM from the car.
Ecuflash will not open it.
I hope someone can help with the definitions for it.
