excellent news thanks guys
I would appreciate an unmodded original TME .hex evotme. Do you want me to PM you my email or can you post it in the thread?
I'll try flashing that with the 8 setting and see how that goes.
Cheers.

FYI, got the ECU reflashed and running using the following .xml file for the 128K 27370001 image.

thanks to all those who have helped out with this problem.

Hey guys,

There is a Evo 6.5 TME I've been trying to tune but I can't seem to even be able to pull the rom from it.

I'm using the latest beta of Ecuflash 1.43.3150

Using openport 2.0 with latest drivers with the secondary cable plugged into the white underdash connector

I select "2nd Gen/Evo6.5 MH7203F" frim the menu and try to read the ecu and it errors out:

[13:48:29.540] J2534 API Version: 04.04
[13:48:29.540] J2534 DLL Version: 1.00.3147 Sep 3 2010 00:11:07
[13:48:29.540] Device Firmware Version: 1.11.3137
[13:48:29.540] Device Serial Number: TAW7Z099
[13:48:31.961] sending init sequence 2
[13:48:33.966] interface close

What are we doing wrong?
