Anyone have an XML for 53040010

Does any one have an XML for 53040010, the 53040007 is not quite right.

I tried this definition and there's a throttle map (number 3) not properly scaled on rpms, and I think, that's what keeping my car from idling when the AC is on. Could that be possible?
