Have picked up that theres a problem with ver 1.30 on the 9's:

[00:15:25.260] 8 memory models read.
[00:15:28.204] 145 ROM metadata models read.
[00:15:28.204] checksum module "subarudbw" loaded.
[00:15:28.204] flashing tool "wrx02" loaded.
[00:15:28.204] flashing tool "wrx04" loaded.
[00:15:28.204] flashing tool "sti04" loaded.
[00:15:28.204] flashing tool "sti05" loaded.
[00:15:28.204] flashing tool "mitsukernel" loaded.
[00:15:28.204] flashing tool "mitsukernelocp" loaded.
[00:15:28.204] flashing tool "mitsubootloader" loaded.
[00:15:42.695] unable to connect to vehicle interface.
[00:17:19.374] unable to connect to vehicle interface.

Downloaded ver 1.29a and it worked like a charm...

I see you're having some of the same issues us 3g eclipses are having "unable to connect to interface".
