i need some help i import from usa a evo 9 to bogota colombia the car here below 2500 rpm is a nightmare to drive thats is because we have 91 octane rating and also im located almost 8000 fts above sea level,have already installed a perrin downpipe and high flow cat, and kn air filter but the car do not improve, only at high rpm , the other thing i contact vishnu in california for the stage 2 tuning but the issue is to send the ecu and then to returned here i have to pay a lot of taxes like the a brand new ecu so thats make no sense for me, so the alternative is ecuflash i already bought the tactrix cable , but i think a very good starting point for me if somebody in this forum have the fq360 image it will be good help, the other thing is we do not have dyno available awd so is to risky start to tune the car without a good oem map
