Boost Control

Hey guys does the Evo6 use a solenoid to control boost? I can't seem to find the solenoid in mine .

yes it does follow the Wastegate actuator vacuum line back to the solenoid underneath the fusebox on the air filter side of the car,

Barry Thanks, my car has been messed with and so all sorts of screwed up things are happening. I had to change my actuator because a mechanic knocked it down a bit to get more boost (idiot...cough cough). Would you have a diagram of the boost control for a E6?
