Evo8 ECU, Ecutek removal and immo removal?
Posted: Thu Feb 15, 2007 1:36 pmI have opportunity to acquire an Evo8 ECU for fitment into a Mirage with Evo4 running gear. Currently running stock Evo4 ECU but want to be able to tune. Just wondering what would be involved if anyone has done this procedure or similar. The alternative is an Autronic, which is kinda tempting.
The 8 ecu has been Ecutek'd and does immobiliser need removal or something?
