Unable to read properly my ecu images!

i have a 2005 evo8 rs jdm model
iam using ecuflash but when i download it using a 2005usdm i only see certain tables on my ROM i will attach it so that someone can help me

Don't have xml for this, the 8 and 8 MR JDM I made don't work.

RPM limit works from the 8 FQ300 xml I posted, but I'll need to do some disassembly of it tomorrow for you to find the others.

This Definition file should work...

There's a thread somewhere around here, where the thread starter maintains a library of currently known definitions, and posts the link to individual definitions, and he attaches a compressed collection of all known files. This definition was not my creation..

This is for ECUID 97470001 which is your ECU according to the ROM's internal ECUID. I loaded it sucessfully with this definition in ECUFlash 1.29a (build 1.29.906) And it appears that a majority of the tables look to be correct.. A few of the knock sensor filters need the XY axis swapped in the definition, but nobody should be touching those anyway.

This looks to be a EDM Rom not JDM

Thanks Jack, pleased to know it isn't another JDM variant to have to hack. Main maps display fine with that xml for me too.

ok so how do i do to download this xml file and use it to read my tables?
but i guarantee my car is a jdm model my mitsudealear imports them from japan so this is interesting to know!
please help me with is xml file how do i downloaded iam a complete newbie and thanks for all of your help guys!!

but why would mitsu japan send me a car with a edm ecu

buy the Y its a jdm model right?

I think its just that the first person who created this definition entered EDM because he thought it was a euro spec car. As lon s it works, its not important nor does it affect anything relevent.

what i can see is that my maps are very aggressive timing and fuel

Why would japan do this maps so aggressive?

Their fuel is that much better. And perhaps emissions not so strict?

Japan Domestic Market just CT9A-xxxxxx only !
