I renamed the ROM for quicker ID.

Shared almost the same map as 94170014 (should be a like model and year), although the Wastegate Compensation is not defined. The only differance between the two is the load and table addresses for the Boost Limit.

If you find out any more info on the ROM, let me know so I can update the XML discription for accuracy.
