Posted: Thu Jun 23, 2005 9:38 amThe full version of my kernel can do CRC32 calculations, so we can quickly check if ROMs are the same without downloading/reflashing parts them. Might be useful if you are plugging into lots of cars. Of course the ECU ID over SSM might be sufficient if the car doesn't have a EcuTek/Cobb reflash layered on top of it.
