newbie ? on open/closed loop throttle transition point

Hi all,

I would like to do just two seemingly simple things to my ecu; change the injector scaling and change the closed loop/ open loop transition throttle percent. The injector scaling seems quite straightforward, but I cannot seem to find any reference in ECUflash on the throttle percent other than the grayed out "manual throttle percent for open loop", or any data on how to change the percent value. I found a reference to the offset for the transition percent in the offsets post, but that's as far as I got. Also, if I successfully rescale my injectors from stock to 550cc and set up my UTEC so that it is no longer scaling the MAF voltage, would I start throwing a MAF CEL on a stg 4 16g setup?
