Hi guys,
anyone could help me getting the defs for this JDM '09 SPEC C AZ1G501K ?
I've tried to register also on RomRaider forum but every time it says "the password does not contain the required characters" and their email support address are out of order,so I'm here...

I made this definition for ecuflash, try it out and provide some feedback.

EDIT: Corrected ecuid to 6904794007

You are great! It's working... :D
I want to ask you this :
I'm trying to do an engine swap on my 2011 EDM STI. Now I have on the car the standard 2.5 DBW double avcs engine. This engine is prone to have many problems and so I've thought to install a 2.0 DBW double avcs engine.
I've asked also to Litchfield in England and they said that the swap is not possible..... But cause I don't trust who says something without explain why,I've tried to install the JDM Spec c ECU on my EDM car.
It has been strange to me discovering that the car started and only few errors were present.
- Si-Drive selector not working
- Cruise control not working
- ABS/VDC error
- strangely the zeitronix multi gauge I have on the car was not indicating the values correctly as with the EDM ecu (...but is not connected to the ecu!)

Said this... Do you think that is possible to upload a JDM map on my EDM ecu? I've seen they have many differencies especially dealing in terms of revs and engine loads, but if this could be possible I would solve every problem and I could buy a 2.0 engine, cause I would keep my ecu (that hasn't got any problem with abs/vdc and so on).

Any help would be appreciated... thanks

I think it would be safer to copy the map table values from the JDM ecu over to the EDM ecu but not flash in the entire rom.

I've tried it but for example in the wastegate duty cycle tables the EDM table ends at lower revs and lower raw ECU values than the JDM map... So if I install the JDM engine passing 6400 rpms the ECU won't know what to do till the rev limiter.

The X and Y axes can be rescaled to match the ones on the JDM map; click on the axis value in ecuflash eg. Engine Speed or Rquested Torque , hit the = button and enter the new value or use the + or - buttons. See screenshots below.

Thank you so much! :D
Do you know also if it's possible to increase the number of rows or columns?
For example in the EDM target boost table I have 14 rows with rpms and in the JDM table there are 18 rpms rows...
How can I modify this?
Thanks a lot.

I am not sure if that is easily possible; all the same I would use the existing rows and columns on the EDM map and interpolate them to represent the same span as in the JDM map but using the fewer available cells.

If you find a way to do that can you let me know please?
I know what you mean but if it's possible I will obtain a better and precise engine control.
Thanks again.

Do you know if with EcuFlash is possible to have 2 different maps (different target boost, afr, etc) selectable via the SI-Drive selector like with Ecutek Racerom?
Thanks

I think the SI Drive selects different DBW response settings, there is however a Group N Rally ECU Rom which I believe has Map switching using the same switch. This rom is however not yet fully defined.

Do you know how I can try that group N file on my car(edm sti 2011)?
Thanks

I would not advice that as the actual ecu has a hardware switch to select different fuel options. Moreover, the logic is still under the microscope.
