Does anyone have a definition for ECU AZ1E400U 5142584007?????

just found out that these Impreza's were recalled in the UK and prodrive used ECUTEK to remap them hence locking them

You'd need to post the ROM if you wanted a definiton, but it turns out there already is one available :)

I managed to open it in RomRaider but not ECUFlash, so a flash-method definition would need to be created. Which flash method did you use to read the ROM?

I used ECU flash, the strange thing is I could read a 2010 no problem

If it is really ECUtek, the seed-and-key prozedure has been chanced, so of ECUflash will not read and wirte.

It is done because of read-protection.

If you want to remap this ecu, you firstly have to recover the ecu via SHbootmode to stock and than you can use ECUflash again
