This particular ecu is not as bad as European ones.
Flashable by EcuTek.
Often permanently fails during flash.

I change my 22611AG040 to 22611AG380 , they are fully similar by connectors
All changes with engine was made (camshafts, pump, pistons) but I think this is problem with immo? Dashboard is stock(Euro)
Please help!

AG380 (AE831) is JDM version and has immo disabled in the code.
