Register immobilizer on MY08 H6 with Start Button

This is my first post in this forum.
I have a Subaru Outback H6 MY08 with Smart Keyless (see attachments) with Start Button (do not have keys to crank or start the engine, I have a start button).
I had a little accident with the car on the left hand part and broke the battery. After fix it, I can not crank or start.
Please can someone tell me how I can register (reprograming) the immobilizer and the transmiter KEYLESS for this model.
I have an inteface ELM 327, which softwear do I need?
Or if I can not register the code that comes with the key, with this interface, which is the cheapest method to register all you need to crank or start?
