Firsty I would like to say that if I had known about this site, I would not have been in the position I am in now. I have an '09 GR8 JDM STi, my problem lies with the parts I have to work with. I've got a USDM Cobb Tuning Access Port, and a JDM STi. I called Cobb, they said it won't work, and I should not bother. I finally got thru to JProva, they weren't much help. So my question is, will it work on my car? If I was to download the JProva software on to the USDM Access Port, will the ECU recognise it and take the reflash? Any assistance you guys can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Hard to say without finding out what ECU and ROM is in your car. Sounds like it should work. To be sure, acquire an OpenPort2 cable with ECUFlash and read the ROM out, then post it. If you can't read it, it may be locked.
That's step 1; let us know when you've done that.

you won't happen to be from malaysia,actually the open port 2.0 can download the grb jdm sti
i have tuned a few with it before
