I downloaded a copy of your rom and compared it to mine from the earlier car. The maps are pretty much identical, at least they are for fuel, ignition and boost, which I was surprised at because I thought the later cars had slightly different (improved) maps.

is there a diff between this and spec c?

yes, this is different to the spec c, it is for a standard jdm sti without the twin scroll turbo and equal length headers.
