2004 Legacy NA DBW ECU ROM DUMP
Posted: Sat May 15, 2010 8:59 pmI have been trying to get the ROM image out of my 2004 NA Legacy Wagon 5MT Limited 30th anv edition. It is DBW.
I was able to get the ECU ID so far 37220A7206
I am not sure the proper way to dump the ROM. It appears I need some sort of cable or jumper to read the ROM image.
There is a two wire plug under the dash drivers side that is connected. I tried disconnecting it and it did nothing so far. It is two wires, one white and one white/green.
Does anyone have more information on what to do?
