Help understanding the rom from 2001 JDM STI (AF481 ECU)

I have been looking through the rom from my car (see previous post for the rom) and comparing with a couple of others from S202 and later JDM STI cars. I notice this and the S202 have a number of values in the Open Loop Delay Period 1D map, whereas most other roms simply have a value of zero. Can anyone explain this and is it safe for me to remove all the 'extra' values ?

Also, there are a number of Group N or GRN values that I have only seen before in the rom for the jdm sti twinscroll. What are these for and why are they only on some cars ?
