If im not wrong, EDM diesel models are using Bocsh Edc ecu you can read write with Byteshooter unit but ecuflash/romraider doest have that support.
You can tune it with WinOLS Licenced version

The Subarus Diesel have Denso ecu, not bosch.

and right now Serial suite Piasinienginenring and ECUtek are the only ones device support them.

Hei,

I heart some rumors, that there´s worked on Tratrix 2.0 doing the Denso ECUs ?

What´s actual state ?

It it true ?
Will there be a a solution with openecu-software for diagnostic, read and flash the Diesel-ECU someday ?

Mazda works with the same ECU, so are there any hinds for deffinitions of maps ?
May I can go for finding interesseting maps, while waiting for a functional flash soltuion

Not sure about the Mazda's, but there is another tool being developed to work with Subaru / Mitsubishi diesels.
IMHO, the time will come for Tactrix to develop support for Boxer diesel, too.

Christians tool does it and ECKtek is also able to.
If I look at ECUtek-SW optically it is very similar to ECUFlash, so maybe there are some hints to implementate the Diesel-ECU to ECUFlash.

I also hear that ECUedit should work at flashing Diesel-ECU, but this is at this time also just an other roumors..

Maybe you can give us a hint (or me via PN) with tool do you mean ?!

On request at Tactrix, not in the near future :(
AFAIK the Diesel-Engines are not offert in the US, so there is no need to implementat then on a US-tool.

Hopefully I´m wrong with this...
