Hi,
I have the rom hex files pulled out from my99 forester.The ecuflsh utility says that it does not recognise the rom using any definition.
I know that the ecu can not be flashed but i want to look at the program structure. would anyone has the definitions for the old European 1997-2001 forester.

How did you get a ROM out of 99 model? AFAIK, ECUFlash only supports 2001- vehicles in the Subaru range.

does anyone know how to get lst (list) file from the hex above, so i can see the opcodes and addresses.has anyone got european forester 1997-2000 ?...what is the microcontreller used in the ecu? thanks...
