Trying to find tinwrx's launch control patch. HELP!

I've been trying to find the launch control patch that tinywrx made for the 16 bit ecus. I have the A4SGE01C rom and I really want to get launch control within the next day or two but it seems his shop is down right now... does anyone have the patch and program to patch it? or even instructions?
