Stg 2 04 STi

So, i am new to tuning and am looking for direction.
I just put my exhaust in want to step up to stg 2.
I have all the appropriate gauges:
Defi Boost, EGT, Oil pressure
Innovative LC-1 wideband

I have also read all the articles at romraider and have been reading through posts to try and get an understanding of what to do(i have also read that book, "How to tune and modify Engine Management Systems")

I want to do this right so i just would like some advice and dirrection on where to start. If some one has a base map for stg 2 i could compare with that would be awesome. Any info would be great and please dont tell me to go get someone to tune my car, that is the reason that i have come here. I do all my own work to my car so why shouldnt i tune it also?

BTW, i have figured out how to log and also how to pull maps off of my car with my tatrix cable so i am that far atleast.
