Tuning older Scoobies

I'm hoping that I could tune my friends WRX (1996 model), I'm pretty sure there is no reflash for this but I'm sure it can be tuned / chipped with the help of a daughter-board. A mob in Japan sells these d'boards, config files and stock bins, but the issue is that its all (Rom Editor) in Japanese. If somebody here has the rom addresses and could come up with a XDF file for tunerpro will be great. I'm prepared to pay for it.
