1) Flashing software is not yet available. Once this is available, you can read and reflash the data to your ECU.

2) Once you can read out your ECU, someone will need to work through and build support for the format of the ROM (i.e. "find" the maps). Right now, Ecuedit has most of what is needed to define the ROM, but someone still needs to work it through. This really can't happen until #1 happens.

I would recommend spending some time giving the forums a good read.

It is not out yet. The reflashing part is done and works great. I am just working on some other software features to round out the tool right now.

Hi,

Is the software released yet? If it isn't, is there any software already released that allows reading off the ROM, at least for analysis?

BTW, I noticed in this forum, there is a lot of mention of the green connectors, which I believe it's for the WRX. For the LGT DBW ECU, is this applicable also to read off the ROM?

One final Q, I was mucking around with simplecode to read off the ECU addresses, and I realized that the read address command (A0) always works, and the read address block command (A8 ) never works. I wonder why?

Thanks.
