Recently I flash a sti 2007 and a wrx 2007 with no problems with the tactrix mitsubishi cable 1.3 but I tried with a wrx 2004 and cant' get in the computer. I plug the green cable behind the drivers seat and nothing happend. Do I need to plug anything else ?

I've not heard of green cable behind driver's seat; I expect 2 green connectors to be under dash. You've obviously used these before on the other cars you've done.
Depending on what country you're in, this probably uses the WRX02 method even though it's a 2004 model WRX; I believe only US 2004 models use the WRX04 method.
For reflashing you need the flash jumper block as well as the green connectors joined; this applies the 12V flash programming voltage.

I have had trouble with two Canada/USA Limited STI 2.5 2007, sold in my country.

I tried two computers (Lenovo and Hitachi), two Open port 2.0, two operating systems XP and Win7), two ecuflash versions: 1.42.2595 and 1.44.3721 without success

I used to flash many cars from 2001 to 2013 with no problems at all, but I haven´t been able to flash those 2007 STI´s

The log data says: Interface closed: GRRRRR!!!!

I check the green connectors, the car does the self check routine (so they start the check procedure) but I haven´t been able to pull the OEM map

I didn´´t use the white block for those cars, I didn´t fine any place for it!

Any ideas?

well you need the flash block jumper for 2004-2005 wrx.
2007 is a CAN-bus and does not require a jumper block.
so why didn't know about the jumper block?
