Try reinstalling the drivers from scratch.
Disconnect the OpenPort hardware, then uninstall the drivers using Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs ("OpenPort USB Drivers").
In (for example) %Program Files%\OpenECU\ECUFlash there is a 'drivers' folder containging x86 and x64 drivers shipped with the installed version. Reconnect the OpenPort hardware and choose the above driver location when prompted.
This should at least guarantee the latest driver version and its associated files is/are installed.
NOTE: If you have other USB devices installed on your system that also use FTDI drivers, then perhaps they use an older driver version, which overwrites the latest OpenPort files. You may end up in a situation where only one device works at a time and you have to constantly uninstll/reinstall drivers. I'm not sure what the fix is for this; Colby may have some ideas. Perhaps renaming the OpenPort FTDI driver files or something.
