what cable to buy

Ok guys, i feel that this site is possibly the best thing that I could have found for my suby, I have an 06 WRX tr, and i need to know what tactrix cable to buy, and any help on using it and reflashing and datalogging with it, i have already downloaded EcuFlash, and am downloading EcuExplorer right now, so where do i go from here? I have done the silencer delete and have a 3" cat back with gutted dp, Please help if possible, ps, this is my first post, so forgive me if I am not as "in the know as you guys are right now, but I am really interested in learning this "dark art"
