Change evo IX map software!?!

Thanks to this forum I've unlocked my ecu...now i can read and write it,but I see somthing different between my base own file,an another base file of evo 9 ecu....
From mine i see 7 "Metadata" Rom info,fuel,timing,limits,turbo,misc, idle!!
If I open an other evo 9 base map I see 14 "Metadata" Misc,Fuel,Fuel Lean Spool,Timing,Mivec,Turbo boost single solenoid,Idle,Misc limits,Knock,OBD II,Emissions EGR,Periphery,MUT
I don't understand so many differences...Is possible load this base map on my ecu?or is better keep mine?if i could...there will be problems with immobilizer?
If sameone can help me I would be very grateful!!!
I send an attachment to see better the differences...they are ecuflash map file!!
