Disable rear o2 CEL on A4SGC00C ECU?

Postby gethin » Thu Feb 16, 2006 11:10 am

Greetings,

I have the A4SGC00C MY02 WRX ECU and I am trying to dig up the correct location to disable the rear o2 CEL, as I am going to run a LM1 wideband with Bosch sensor and remove the OEM o2.

I have posted my ROM in the USDM 02 collection if anyone wants to help!

Here's where I have found the relevant o2 codes :-

P0037 - Rear O2 Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low **
0x00002EBC
0x00007D2C
0x00007DEA
0x00007DF6
0x0002DBB5

P0038 - Rear 02 Sensor Heater Control Circuit High **
0x0002DBAD

P0137 - Rear O2 Sensor Low Voltage **
0x0001E7B4

P0138 - Rear O2 Sensor High Voltage **
did not find this

P0139 - Rear O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response **
0x0002DAF1

Which one do I overwrite with the 05 00 00 sequence? Or do I disable all of them for the rear o2? Which one is the correct location for the P0037 as I found 5 locations?

Any help appreciated as my wideband is being delivered today or tomorrow!

Thanks,

Gethin.

Hey Ken,

I've not tested yet, been busy with other things, and I had stuck the stock o2 is back on the car as the used LM1 I bought from a NASIOCer was faulty, bad serial port. Innovate repaired it FOC and sent it back, arrived today! Weee....so tomorrow I will be swapping in the W/B o2 again and I will test flash my modifed ROM to see if the CEL does not appear.

Will update the thread tomorrow.
