Just so you know, some of the mail servers are flagging your e-mails as spam.. Not sure why though..

yeah I already know, its because I used the IIS smtp server to send them, I think its a normal way for spammers to send email. I'll use an automated outlook script next time.

Good news that Wideband support is coming together.

However, which wideband unit has better support?

Or which would work better? I've looked and they all seem to do similarly (ie. bosch sensor and similar).

I've never tried these wideband units, could somone suggest which one might work best in combination with the software?

LC1 Logging works. Question on Speed.

My LC-1 seems to be logging just fine!

Has the problem with speed been discussed and I missed it? The speed field showed me doing about 100mph when I went no faster than about 80. I have the stock wheels and tires so no changes there.

I kinda thought that but i didn't do the arithemetic to be sure. The units say MPH.

Yeah, he put the wrong label (or the wrong calculation, depending on how you look at it). You can edit the data.xml file to fix it however you prefer. The resolution isn't that great (~4mph increments, I think).

Yeah the factory speed sensor & ecu didn't require require high resolution speed. Bugger huh, hopefully the AYC or ABS ecu's have a better resolution.

First of all thanks to what seems to be a great product. I say seem because I am having some trouble.

I am using the OpenPort 1.3m and it does connect to the car, however, when I start the datalogger, I get the following message:

"Error: FTDI Read Timeout"
"Info: Datalogger ended"

Any ideas?

on the back of the plug of the OBDII port in the car or the back of the connector of the cable? Also, which are pin 1 and 4?

Evo4mad,

I have a TXS log but it didn't generate any values from the wideband. Is this normal? I'm sending you the log here in a few minutes. Sorry it took longer than expected.

Just looking to see if there is new information on when the Load Calc may be available?
