Shorting block connector..how?

Postby misguided_will » Mon Apr 10, 2006 5:22 am

hi all

i have a my03 Australian WRX.

i want to read and reset my ecu using a tactrix cable.

do i need to short the block connectors AND connect the green ones?

what do i use to short the block connectors?

i'm not an electronics person so something simple would be most helpful.

many thx

I use 2 small pieces of wire. Cut, strip and stick it in there.

I've had good luck by using two uninsulated .250 crimp terminals attached to a single wire. This ensures a snug fit.
