OpenPort 2.0 makes RANDOM data. my OpenPort crash?

Postby unya » Wed Mar 18, 2009 8:25 pm

I sometime tried loggin with PCMScan(J2534) and OpenPort 2.0 (ECUFlash 1.41 driver).
PCMScan connect Generic OBD-II to my car, but logging data is random data.
RPM(up/down), Speed(up/down), ,,,all data up/down receive, but engine not started.
(I think bit rate setting missing, I've reinstall WinXP other partition, but NOT WORK)

How to clear install firmware or reset OpenPort 2.0 hardware?
or I have to buy OpenPort2.0 AGAIN !?

Fixed, PCMScan can read OBD-II information now.

lPCMScan configuration crashed by the cutting of the cable which I can't predict.

%HOME%\pcmscan.cfg was something wrong.
I removed "pcmscan.cfg". (need re-install licence)

11 years ago. and today I am still having this problem, tried to delete the pcmscan.cfg and reinstalled. even tried on several other laptops and it still shows random live stream. Tried with openport2.0 and even xhorse MVCI. still the same random data. It ran ok for a week, now no matter what I do or which laptop I use it still shows random live stream. Did anyone solve this issue?
