Mut-Monitor V1.7 (Working with OP2.0)

New FREEWARE Test Version 1.7 of Mut Monitor.

This application uses the Mitsubishi MUT Protocol for monitoring data from the Vehicles ECU.
It can be used with OBD-II serial cables as well as FTDI based cables via Direct calls or Virtual Com Ports. At this time it seems to be the only application that will Log with the Tactrix OpenPort V2.0 Cable on Mitsubishi Vehicles.
Now works with CLaNZeR's USB-PIC-OBD Cable at high logging speeds.

Main Changes for Version 1.7 are:
Added support for CLaNZeR'S USB-PIC-OBD cable.
Cleaned up alot of the code for the Timeouts.
