Romraider Data Logging Problem

Postby bugeyedrex » Mon Sep 08, 2008 4:18 pm

I have an 02 wrx with a stock ECU and a couple bolt-ons (up, dp, drop in air filter). I received my tactrix openport 2.0 cable in the mail today along with the 01-02 connecter.

I can read and write my ECU with EcuFlash but I cannot get RomRaider to connect to my ECU for datalogging. I tried reinstalling EcuFlash (I didn't know how else to reinstall the drivers) and that didn't fix the problem.

I'm using RomRaider V0.5.0 Beta, and EcuFlash version 1.37.2062. I'm also running Windows Vista.

If anyone has any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong, I'd like to hear them. Thanks alot,

Jaime

Found my problem: Openport 2.0 is not yet capable of data logging via RomRaider, or otherwise.

Does anyone know when logging will be available? This was the reason I bought the 2.0 cable in the first place as Tactrix advised that the old cable for Subaru's were no longer available.

RomRaider has a test release out with support for the OP 2.0:

For Vista users, make sure you right-click and install RR as admin.
