MitsuLogger v1 Beta 3

Postby MalibuJack » Sun Oct 01, 2006 7:54 am

I figured I'd announce that I'm starting to publish beta versions of my logging tool for the Mitsubishi Tactrix Openport 1.3 cable.

Currently v1 Beta 2 is posted, but it has some pretty significant issues I'm in the process of resolving..

www.aktivematrix.com is where you can download the program.

I will be adding support for the TurboXS Tuner Pro in Beta 4, among a bunch of new features that didn't make it into Beta 3 or Beta 2..

This is a completely free program, and if your curious about planned features, check out my site.

I wanted to add a few new details..

The logger is capable of logging at the new higher patched baud rates, and will also log 16 bit responses correctly if you have patched your ROM to do so.

I have a few more bugs to work out, but I wanted to bump this thread to announce I'll probably release beta 4 on monday night.

A few bug fixes and a few added features.

sorry if this is a dumb question but what advantage does patching your rom to log 16 bits have. Does this mean you can log load?

its not my rom, its just a project going on and being discussed on my site.

However, yes, so far I think they have requestID's set up for Load, RPM, and Timing that are as used by the ECU and not clipped, massaged, or altered for output.

My point was there are no loggers that were able to do this.
