Honda Reflashing

Postby bing » Wed Aug 02, 2006 5:35 pm

Hello all,

Reflashing late model honda's can be achieved many ways, one of which
is to use the HIM (honda interface module). it connects to the cars obd2 port and a pc serial port, the software uploads the appropriate flash file to the HIM which then procedes to reflash the car.

attached is the software for the HIM, including the firmware from the HIM (which by logical deduction should contain the security challenge), two flash files from some hondas (SH4 512k) are also included, which ive disassembled and found diagnostic command tables just like the subaru SH4 code.......its all there guys good luck :)
