Can't read ROM from Evo 8 with v1.28

I used to have 1.27 on my machine, and I could read my Evo 8 ROM just fine. I'm now trying to read the ROM again with v1.28, and I get errors. Sometimes, it fails almost immediately. Other times, it fails after some handshaking, but then I hear a weird click / clunk noise from my engine bay at the exact same time an error message pops up. Here's a sample of the log:

Do you think I need to look for other rom metadata files here and manually add them? I may have done that the last time, but I figured that the latest stuff would be in 1.28.

After pulling my head out of my arse, I realized that I had my ECU+ switched to the wrong mode. Sorry for wasting your time.

Haha.. I did the same thing last night.. Forgot my OBD-II switch was set back to ECU+ and not passthrough..

Thank goodness we took the time to install a switch in the box! I wish Tom included that as a standard feature.
