Trouble with 05LGT

I have a '05 Subaru LGT and 1.30 of ecuflash. When I attempted to download from my ECU, I would get this:

Other forum members are saying this is because my ECU is "locked", but it hasn't been tuned at all, ever, as far as I know, I'm the first person to ever access the ECU, with one exception - recently, a locksmith had to program a new key - could that have locked the ECU or caused problems?

Answered my own question with more searching - the 2005 LGT (and apparently the 2006 STi as well, probably others) have *two* green connectors - one by the fusebox and one at the feet on the passenger side. Hopefully this will help others!
