ECUFlash for Mac 1.38

I have the following problems with ECUFlash 1.38 for Mac
1. Whenever it starts it keeps telling me there's a newer version available. But according to Evo ECU Wiki, the latest Mac OS X ver is 1.38. Nothing else exists after that?
2. So I've moved all my Definition files from Windows to Mac via bootcamp. At start up,
So clearly its read 18 new ROM metadata but when I try to open the ROM file, it says "Unknown ROM Image"?
IT didn't work when I addressed it normally to the rommetadata folder, so I moved the address to precisely the Lancer folder.
If I choose to continue using the ROM without a definition file, the error:
What's happening here?
